A: You should apply to the relevant department secretary in the Registrar’s Office and you should ask for a new password.

A: Credit-courses have an effect on academic average, but non-profit courses don’t.
Q: How can I learn my grades and academic average?
A: You can access your transcript information In the Registrar’s Office website, using “student access” in the Student Information System interface.

A: In order to see all the announced grades, you should enter the system using the “Student Access” in the Student Information System and choose the “transcript” section.
Q: How can I learn the score interval and coefficients that correspond the letter grades?

Q: What must be done in the event of a loss or stolen identity card?
A: 1- A notice of loss, stating “I have lost my Kırıkkale University identity card. It is void”, must be published in a local newspaper.
2- The newspaper in which the notice is published is handed in to the Registrar’s Office as an attachment of the petition.
3- The identity card is taken from the Registrar’s Office.
Q: When should I do if I have a change in my personal information?
A: 1-If there has been a change or amendment in your name, surname or information on your identity card (father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, place of birth, marital status, etc.) the new identity card and, if any, the certified copy of the verdict should be handed in to the Registrar’s Office with a petition.
2- If the change necessitates the issue of a new identity card, you should state that you need a new student identity card.
3- On the specified date, the student hands in his old identity card and receives the new one from the Registrar’s Office.

A: You can get information about the regulations and requirements related to graduate transfer and its implementation fundamentals from the “rules and regulations” section that exists in the Registrar’s Office website or you can visit or phone our presidency or related faculty or vocational schools to get information.
Q: What are the necessary documents to get my diploma?
A: Temporary graduation certificate (original copy)
- If the temporary graduation certificate is lost, the related page of the newspaper on which the announcement was placed (the notice of loss must be published in a national newspaper)
- If the diploma will be received by someone other than the student himself or herself; the person must have the original from of the warrant that is taken from the notary.
Q: What is the procedure for getting a temporary graduation certificate? What should I do to get the certificate?
A: After having taken the discharge certificate from the Registrar’s Office and having had the necessary parts signed, students entitled to graduate from their major programs hand the discharge certificate to the Registrar’s Office.
The student also hands in
- Discharge certificate
- Copy of the birth certificate
- Student identity card,
- 4 photos of himself / herself taken within the last six months
to the Registrar’s Office. If the student is acknowledged to have graduated in the system, the temporary graduation certificate is prepared by the Registrar’s Office. If the certificate is ready to student can get in there and then. If not, s/he can get it on the specified date.
Q: What are the documents required and the procedure to be followed in the event of a loss of the diploma?
A: The documents and the procedures are as follows:
1- Student applies to Kırıkkale University with a petition,
2- Notice of Loss (A national newspaper in Turkey)
3- Headshot photograph of the student (2 copies) (taken within the last six months and eligible) are handed in to the Registrar’s Office.
