   He was born in Bolu-Gerede. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Chemistry with the first place. He completed his master's and doctorate education at Kırıkkale University, Institute of Science. In 1997, he started to work as a Research Assistant at Kırıkkale University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Chemistry. Assistant at Çankırı Karatekin and Kırıkkale University. Assoc. Dr. served as He became Associate Professor in 2015. He has 27 articles and many papers within the scope of SCI. He served as an executive or researcher in many scientific research projects. Having held administrative duties such as the director of Vocational School, the head of the department and the membership of the senate, Dr. Arslan is married and has three children.
